Louise Liu is a Solicitor at Lester Dominic Solicitors. She completed her two year training contract with the firm, specialising and qualifying as a Solicitor in the Family Department.
Louise has gained extensive experience in all aspects of family law including divorce, ancillary relief, children, non-molestation and occupation applications (emergency injunction proceedings) and trusts of land act matters (non-married parties' property disputes). She has experience in complex disputes concerning children dealing with applications concerning residence, contact and leave to remove a child from the jurisdiction.
As a member of Resolution, Louise strives to conduct matters sensitively and adopts a non-confrontational approach where possible. Whilst conducting matters, she also actively seeks to maintain a balance between a client's costs and expectations. Louise also ensures that she keeps up-to-date with all developments in Family law and regularly attends courses held by Resolution and other organisations.
Louise graduated from Birmingham University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law School in London.
