Dominic specialises in all aspects of Family Law, particularly dealing with the complexities that can arise in negotiating financial settlements and the arrangements that divorcing or separating couples may need to work out in relation to their children. He is also familiar with matters involving co-habitation (non-married couples living together), cases with a foreign element and pre-nuptial contracts/agreements. He has written articles about family matters, addressed conferences and has provided specialist advice to the committees of a number of charitable organisations.
Dominic is a member of Resolution – a specialist family law association - and of the Law Society, as well as a number of other legal associations and groups.
Together with Lester Kan he co-founded Lester Dominic Solicitors in 2004. Over the years, Dominic has gained trust and respect from his clients for his honest, flexible and creative approach to Family Law.
