Appeals and Judicial Review

You or your family member(s) may have been refused a visa either in the UK or abroad. You may believe that the Home Office or British Embassies/ High Commissions have decided your case incorrectly.

Our specialist team has experience with representing individuals in the Appeal process, which covers:

  • Lodging Appeals with the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal
  • Appeals to the High Court and Court of Appeal
  • Preparing for Reconsideration Hearings

We will attempt to resolve your matter with the Home Office or British Embassies/ High Commissions to avoid your case going to appeal, as the appeal process can be time consuming and costly. In some circumstances, we may advise that it would be better for you to make a fresh application. We will also be honest with you as to your chances of success if you do decide to take your case to appeal.

We will instruct a barrister on your behalf to represent you at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and the High Court. A barrister practicing in Immigration law will be experienced in addressing an Immigration Judge and putting forward complex legal arguments.
