Lester Dominic Solicitors feature on the Home Office’s exclusive list of law firms

Lester Dominic is now listed on the Home Office’s (UKBA) website as a firm who has demonstrated “a good understanding of the sponsorship arrangements.”

The Home Office has also confirmed that they will accept checks and reports made by Lester Dominic, which you can choose to submit with the application.

The Home Office will not normally duplicate the checks already made by us. As a result our clients can expect decisions from the Home Office more quickly. Of course, the Home Office reserves the right to carry out checks and to visit any prospective sponsor as part of the sponsorship application and management process at anytime.

The current work permit scheme will be replaced by Tier 2 of the points based system at the end of November 2008. Under the new scheme, employers will no longer be able to employ any non-EEA national workers without a sponsor licence.

Lester Dominic has also successfully secured an “A rated” sponsor licence. see more…
