Lester has been practicing immigration law for nearly ten years and advises on all types on immigration law including Business Immigration and Administrative Law and is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA).

Throughout Lester's legal career, he has represented both businesses and individuals from over 100 countries and territories. He has also represented many multi-national companies, dealing with immigration issues relating to their employees, and local authorities. Lester has vast experience in all areas of immigration from making applications to the Home Office and the British Embassy to representing clients at appeal hearings in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Together with Dominic Pisano he co-founded Lester Dominic Solicitors in 2004. Over the years, Lester has gained trust and respect from his clients for his honest, flexible and creative approach to Immigration Law.
