Margaret Osborne -- HR Manager and Personal Assistant to the Senior Partners

Margaret commenced her career working as a Bi-Lingual Secretary in a merchant bank in the City, having obtained a Diploma for Secretarial Linguists, German shorthand and audio-typing examinations at Casio College, Watford.

Margaret's career path changed in 1988 when she started working for a firm of solicitors in Hemel Hempstead as a Legal Secretary. Margaret joined Lester Dominic Solicitors as the Personal Assistant to the Senior Partners in June 2005. Margaret was soon promoted to Human Resources Manager and assisted with the creation of a new set of personnel procedures and policies.

As Human Resources Manager at Lester Dominic Solicitors, Margaret's responsibilities include equality and diversity, performance management, managing investigations and dealing with issues of discipline, grievance and sickness absence.

Margaret is also responsible for assisting partners of the firm with managing and developing key elements of Lester Dominic Solicitors' corporate responsibilities as well as focusing on all aspects of culture, content and process concerning the provision of legal services generally.
