90% Success Rate for Immigration Department
The Immigration Department at Lester Dominic has achieved a 90% success rate across applications submitted to the UK Border Agency and British Diplomatic posts and Appeals heard in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal between August 2008 and July 2009. A 100% success rate was recorded for Student Visa applications, applications for British Citizenship and Children applications under the Immigration Rules. In addition, a 96% success rate has been recorded for Work Permit and Tier 2 applications and a 93% success rate has been achieved in respect of assisting businesses to secure a Sponsor Licence. High success rates for other Immigration categories have also been recorded.
