Re-mortgaging

Most people re-mortgage their existing property in order to raise money or to obtain a better rate of interest on their mortgage.

Having this in mind, we aim to complete your re-mortgage of a freehold property within ten working days after receiving a satisfactory mortgage offer from your new lender. If you are re-mortgaging leasehold property, we still aim to complete your re-mortgage as quickly as possible; however there can be other factors that may cause delay, for example; obtaining an up-to-date redemption statement from your existing lender and with leasehold property, there may be additional requirements that will also have to be satisfied.
