Mohaned read law at the University of Westminster before completing his Master in Law at University of London in 2020.  Mohaned worked in a well-established London firm where he qualified as a solicitor in December 2020.

Throughout Mohaned’s legal career, he has accumulated extensive experience in representing and defending clients with high value and complex litigation, family law, contentious and non-contentious probate.  He also specialises in commercial litigation, commercial fraud, property litigation and wills and trust disputes  In particular, Mohaned has obtained interlocutory prohibtory and mandatory injunctions.

Mohaned is familiar with proceedings before the High Court and the Court of Appeal where he successfully obtained judgements in favour of his clients.

Mohaned joined Lester Dominic in April 2021 where he continues to provide trusted advice to clients that range from international businesses to individuals along with charities and trusts.  He speaks fluent Arabic.

Notable Cases:

Bhamani and Others v Sattar and Others
Acted for the trustees of a charitable organisation, it was complicated as it involves injunctions against 15 Defendants.  Successfully assisted the trustees achieving their objectives as all Defendants provided the High Court their Undertakings.

Mohammed & Others v Mohammed and Others
Application for an interim injunction at the High Court and successful in prevent a hostile takeover of a charity.

Hadi v Mosaad
Acted for the Claimant in obtaining an urgent injunction at the High Court against the Defendant involving fraud.

Park v Abed & ANR
Successfully obtaining permission to appeal from the Court of Appeal concerning a contractual dispute in a property transaction.
